Chapter 1
Chapter 1
A group of fish are swimming leisurely in the small river, and occasionally one or two are chasing and playing with each other, having a great time.Everything was as normal as usual, and they seemed to have no sense of danger at all.
The fish stopped swimming on the surface of the water, just floated in the water so quietly, and suddenly there was a "crash".A certain poor fish was completely pierced by a branch, and then was taken out of the river, leaving only a few fish scales and traces of blood floating in the water.
I saw a frail scholar in white clothes standing in the small river. He had a delicate face, not very handsome, but he was better looking than ordinary men, and he seemed more feminine. He held the branch with both hands, looked at the fish that had just been stabbed by the branch, and slightly raised the corners of his mouth in relief.
The fish he forked in the river all afternoon was finally reaped. He looked not far from the river bank, where a man who hadn't woken up was lying there, not only frowned.
Strange to say, he didn't remember anything. When he first woke up, he was lying beside the man, and he was still holding the man's hand.Presumably the relationship should be relatively close, but he couldn't remember the past, forgot his name, his friends, and his home.
The only clue on his body was a piece of jade tied around his waist, which was hollowed out and engraved with the word "obsession".Although I don't know what special meaning these two words have, but they must be related to my former self.
Perhaps, when the man wakes up, he can know something?
Thinking this way, the scholar put the branch with the fish in his hand on the river bank, and took another branch. When they came to the river, they began to spear fish again.
It was dark in a blink of an eye, and the night sky was pitch black, only dotted with a few stars that flickered on and off.The faint fire on the river bank was reflected in the small river, and it was very quiet to hear the "crackling" dry wood doing its last struggle in the firelight.
The scholar forked a total of four fish this afternoon, three big ones and one small one.Borrowing the sword next to the unconscious man, after cleaning up the fish, it was grilled on the newly raised fire.
After a while, the oil from the fish was roasted, dripping on the fire, and a few wisps of white smoke floated into the sky, and the smell of grilled fish began to fill the surroundings. The comatose man probably smelled the aroma of grilled fish and moved his fingers. After a while, he woke up completely.
The scholar looked at the man who had just passed out. He had a pair of cold front eyebrows on his clean face. Under the eyebrows were a pair of very energetic eyes. Under the eyes were a tall nose bridge and slightly pale lips. The whole looks a little cold, as if repulsive.
"You're awake, how do you feel? Is there anything uncomfortable?" He asked with concern.
"Where is this?...Who am I?" The man looked around in confusion, and then asked him.
The scholar didn't know what to say. Could it be that both of them lost their memory?
Just as they continued to look at each other in silence...
"Googoo..." Someone's stomach begged 'I want to eat'.
"Are you hungry? The fish is already grilled, let's eat it." As he spoke, the scholar brought a big fish to the man.The man looked at the scholar, hesitated for a while, and finally took it.
The scholar took another small fish and ate it himself. The scholar is very good at eating. He first carefully tore open the charred fish skin with his mouth, and then slowly ate the fresh and tender fish inside, taking only a small bite with each bite.
And that man seemed to be frantically hungry, grabbing the fish and gnawing on it.The scholar only ate half of it, and he ate the whole big fish. Then he looked helplessly at the two remaining big fish beside the fire.
Seeing this, the scholar handed him another big fish, and said with a smile, "Eat it, there's another one if it's not enough.
This time the man didn't hesitate, took the big fish and ate it with big mouthfuls.
